Principal - Dental Prosthetist

ANTHONY RACE

Anthony Race is a third generation oral care professional with over 32 years experience with Dentures. In 1990, Anthony passed his four-year dental technician course and in 1994 he qualified and became registered as a Dental Prosthetist. Anthony's specialties are with the elderly and with difficult cases (ie: patients who struggle to wear dentures comfortably). All aspects of dentures are covered by Anthony including Full, Partial, Soft Dentures, Chrome, Repairs, Relines and Implants.

Anthony is a very keen fisherman, golfer and sheep farmer.

DR. CHRIS AGUILAR

Dr. Chris Aguilar is one of the Dentists at Dental Care Australia. He graduated from the University of Sydney with a degree in B. Medical Science (2005), and went on to complete his dental training again at the University of Sydney where he graduated with Honours in 2009.

Since that time he has worked in all areas of Sydney, and he now brings the skills and concepts he has accumulated to Dental Care Australia. Dr. Chris is gentle, attention to detail, and works amazingly with children. He has a keen focus on restoring smiles through metal free restorations and orthodontics. He is a firm believer in continuing education, and studied intensively to gather accreditation for Invisalign (invisible braces), as well as the prestigious 2 year Progressive Orthodontic Seminar course (braces). He strives to be on the cutting edge of new dental technology to offer his patients the most beautiful and long lasting dental treatment.

When not in the surgery you'll find Dr. Chris spending time with his wife and family, fishing, playing basketball or at the gym. He is a proud Sydneysider who was born, raised and has lived in Sydney his entire life.

DR. TAMARA JIRJIS


 

Originally a Hills local, Dr. Tamara Jirjis moved to Far North Queensland to receive her qualification (Bachelor of Dental Surgery, BDS) from James Cook University. She enjoys providing a gentle and relaxed environment, and strives to build a lifelong relationship with her patients to help them in maintaining a happy and healthy smile. 

 
Dr. Tamara’s desire to help patients in relieving dental pain and improving their confidence in their smile has led her to develop an interest in endodontic and cosmetic dentistry. She also loves to see children in the clinic, and provides a fun and happy experience for them. Tamara is committed to ongoing learning and professional development, keeping up to date with the newest technologies and treatments. 
 
In her free time, Dr. Tamara enjoys cooking, organising her next holiday and working on her photography.
